Please note that the first generation PoGo Polaroid Printer has been discontinued.
PoGo has introduced a new and better model GL10.
PoGo has introduced a new and better model GL10.
Built around a much improved, second-generation ZINK technology, the GL10 carries forward
most of what was good about the first-generation Polaroid PoGo Instant Mobile Printer while
vastly improving on its shortcomings. The result is a much more attractive product, not even
counting whatever touches Lady Gaga threw in on the industrial design side.
The GL10 differs from earlier ZINK printers in two key ways. The first generation printers
were limited to 2x3 inch photos. The GL10 prints at 3 by 4 inches. More important, the image
quality is far better.
New features include ability to reprint last image simply with the touch of a button, also an
added option of printing either with default full bleed or the classic polaroid white border.
Setting up the printer is easy. Aside from installing the battery and charging it, or simply
plugging in the AC adaptor, you only need to open the paper tray, put in the paper, close the
tray, and you're ready to print. Printing of photo is also a breeze.
The photo papers are extremely durable. Not only are they waterproof and scratch resistant,
but they're nearly impossible to tear, even on purpose, thanks to their protective clear
polymer overcoat. Hand a stack of photos out for a bunch of people to thumb through, and
they'll come back in good condition.
